SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order. In most cases, items will ship within 2-3 business days from the date the order was placed, however there may be times when order volumes can be higher than expected at certain times of the year.
Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email. You may check your status on USPS.COM. If for ANY reason your package does not make it or is stolen/lost in U.S mail, FEMALE BOSS INC. is not responsible. Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the USPS system, they are responsible for your package. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim.
RETURN POLICY
Please note due to COVID-19 all sales are final. Any other returns must be approved by Female Boss Inc. You are required to email us before returning any item to gain approval if a return is valid.
